Pastes of the following brands PSZ-2, PZH-1, PZH-2, PZH-2M are produced, differing in protective properties, burning modes and purpose
Pastes PSZ-2, PZH-1 and PZH-2 are designed to obtain protective coatings for elements of hybrid integrated circuits formed using conductive and resistive pastes.
PZH-2M paste is recommended for marking ruthenium chip resistors and thick-film GIS resistors.
